| NO hazardous situations, such as fighting, verbal abuse, etc., will be allowed; as determined by the driver. We will cancel your run at that moment with no refund. NO Illegal Drugs. If you use any in our vehicle we will cancel your run at that moment with no refund and report the incident to law enforcement. ALCOHOL - We do not provide alcohol, however, you are free to bring your own if you are at least 21 years old. No one under 21 may consume alcohol, if you allow underage guests to consume alcohol in our vehicle we will cancel your run at that moment with no refund. Aluminum cans please, no kegs. NO Smoking inside the limo, but we will make smoke stops at your request. NO multiple people giving the driver directions. Appoint one person to give directions, preferably the person who chartered us. We try our best to know where we are taking you, however there are times in which you will need to provide the driver with directions to your destinations. We do not compensate you for giving the driver directions during your run. Police / Traffic situations dictate where we park and wait for you. KEEP your drivers phone number with you. | |||
| Customer is hereby notified that any illegal activity will end any contract without any refund. Furthermore, any charges that apply due to illegal activity are the responsibility of the customer. | |||
PAYMENT POLICY | |||
| RESERVATIONS are strictly on a first come, first served basis. VISA, M/C, AMEX , DISCOVER, Check, Money Order or Cash accepted. PAYMENT TERMS - 50% due at time of reservation, 50% before pick-up. We will charge your credit card you have on file with us for the full amount you have due 5 days before your run unless you make other arrangements with us. DEPOSITS - We require a damage deposit of $100 which is due before pick-up and is REFUNDABLE based on our inspection of the vehicle after the run. PAYMENT FOR EXTRA TIME - We accept only CASH the day of service, paid to the driver at the beginning of overtime. FUEL SURCHARGES - We do not add a surcharge, however our rates may fluctuate with fuel prices. TIPS - We do not expect or request gratuities, but we will accept them if you feel like we have earned it. | |||
| CANCELLATIONS - IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN 5 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SERVICE - for any reason we will charge your credit card on file for the full amount of the run. NO REFUNDS. - IF YOU CANCEL MORE THAN 5 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SERVICE - for any reason we will issue you a gift certificate for the amount you have paid us. NO REFUNDS. - IF GRAND LUXURY LIMOUSINE is not able to provide your service and has to cancel, we will issue a FULL REFUND and try to assist you in acquiring another vehicle. any extra charges from other transportation vendors are your responsibility. - You may change your contract date and time up to 5 days before your service, as long as it does not affect another customer. - We will not exceed the passenger limit of the limousine. If you show up with too many passengers, we will only accept the passenger limit, or we will not do the run, and we will not refund money or issue a gift certificate for services. - Vehicles leave our lot in good running mechanical condition. If the limousine breaks down during your run, we offer gift certificates for your compensation. - We always plan on arriving a little early, but if the limousine is late in picking you up, then we will tack any time owed to you on the end of the run, if the time is available. If the time is not available (vehicle booked back to back) we offer a gift certificate for time unused. | |||
DAMAGE AND CLEAN UP POLICY | |||
| We do not expect or allow any damage by your party to the limousine including, but not limited to, stains, broken windows, broken mirrors, forced open doors, TV's, DVD's, audio, visual, and lighting. The person who chartered the limousine agrees to pay for repair of damages. | |||
| $200 FINE FOR THE FOLLOWING: Vomit or any other bodily emissions | |||
| Broken glasses - $5 each; Extra clean up - $50; Interior/Exterior damages - all charges that apply. Extra clean up includes but is not limited to excessive food particles, spilled drinks, and excessive trash left in passenger area - Sparkle, Glitter, Bottle Labels, etc. No exterior decoration of vehicles. | |||
IN ANY AND ALL EVENTS The entire liability of Grand Luxury Limousine is limited to the fees paid for your limousine service. Grand Luxury Limousine is not responsible for your personal items. |
